Coaching GNLs Global Nomadic Leaders have a multicultural identity as a result of living in various countries during their developmental years. They carry on with their nomadic lifestyle in their adult years; frequent changes are part of their lives. Their capacity of adaptation, their mobility and intercultural instincts make them highly regarded by multinational companies.
These individuals present a challenge to executive coaches. They are rootless and restless, and often clash with the status quo. Based on over fifteen years of research and coaching experience with Global Nomadic Leaders, Dr. Katrina Burrus will review how to identify, attract and coach these highly mobile leaders. She coaches GNLs to leverage their attributes while anchoring them into a internally secure base so that their mobility enhances their pleasure and business effectiveness while grounding their emotional life and/or families.
