Katrina Burrus, PhD, MCC, has a proven track record in coaching numerous international executives (Nestle, Novartis, CERN, UNAIDS, United Nations etc). She has coached across many sectors and industries. Her coaching career has taken her to Europe, Asia and the United States, and she is recognized for her distinctive capabilities with executives and teams from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds. First Master Certified Coach in Switzerland from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she is the founder, and former President, of ICF Suisse Romande, former board member of ICF World and Switzerland, and she was part of the ICF credentialing team. Katrina holds a Master degree in International Management and Human Development, as well as a Ph.D. in Organizational Development. The research question of her thesis was the strategic effect of global financial markets on the Swiss Private Banking sector.
