Coaching for High Performance PDF Print E-mail

Coaching is the art of facilitating high performance. It is about personal learning and developing others to deliver results. Primarily, coaching is goal oriented: defining goals and developing action plans that make goals a reality. A coach guides professionals through obstacles, helps them evaluate strategies for success, and facilitates the use of their full potential. Aspects that people, in the moment, may not be able to see and analyze for themselves.

Coaching is more than a tool or process. It can also be considered as a style of participative leadership that empowers others to improve their performance. Coaching aims at implementing our objective. One of the principal missions of coaching is to define those objectives and put into place action plans in order to reach them. A coach is like a sports trainer, who helps us evaluate our strategies for success and increases our welfare while making us aware of our potential to excel in our desired field.
Through this workshop, you will learn to help others evaluate their options and the impact of their decisions. It will also review methods to enhance communication with teams.

This workshop will help us and our employees know how to develop our emotional intelligence and become a better leader. You will learn to guide rather than direct and receive tools and techniques to coach effectively.

The workshop is for managers and leaders or for professionals in human resources.
