Amid accelerating change, it is no longer possible to do more of the same in order to survive the economic environment. Change means that people and organizations must do things differently to achieve high performance. The autocratic style of leadership is no longer adequate to take decisions. Direct reports are to monitor and react to the market stakeholders' needs immediately instead of having to delay a decision for approval. Today’s leadership involves a more flexible management style that at times supports others in their actions and decisions and at times sets the vision, inspires and motivates. Facilitator enhances the critical thinking in participants necessary to solve problems and set the vision as leaders. This workshop is designed to give you a better understanding of your leadership style, and what motivates you.
