Amid accelerating change, it is no longer possible to do more of the same in order to survive the economic environment. Change means that people and organizations must do things differently to achieve high performance. The autocratic style of leadership is no longer adequate to take decisions. Direct reports are to monitor and react to the market stakeholders' needs immediately instead of having to delay a decision for approval. Today’s leadership involves a more flexible management style that at times supports others in their actions and decisions and at times sets the vision, inspires and motivates. Facilitator enhances the critical thinking in participants necessary to solve problems and set the vision as leaders.

This workshop is designed to give you a better understanding of your leadership style, and what motivates you. It is structured to enhance your abilities to manage transitions and to empower others with greater speed and overall effectiveness.

  • Learn what competencies are required to be an effective leader
  • Recognize ways to manage change
  • Deliver an inspiring vision, set strategic objectives within one’s area of responsibilities and turn a vision into SMART objectives for oneself and coach others to do the same
  • Enhance our competencies in giving feedback to challenging people
  • Develop our emotional intelligence by more self and interpersonal awareness
  • Set direction, align people, motivate and inspire
